Are You Willing to Change Your Mind?

The biggest reason some people hesitate to do our genius training is, quite frankly, they don’t believe us. By that I mean, they don’t think it’s possible that we can train everyone to operate as geniuses.

My guess is that they think they may be one of the people that we can’t help to become a genius. Why else wouldn’t they do The 24 Genius Steps to Success course? Don’t they want to be a genius and be successful?

Why wouldn’t a CEO or business owner have us help create a Genius Culture in their organization by training all the employees and executives on the Genius Culture Course? Don’t they want to have geniuses working for them?

I suppose it’s possible they don’t believe we can elevate certain employees to the level of genius. But they shouldn’t assume. You know what happens when you assume.

Here’s the truth: We can elevate anyone to the level of genius if they are doing the genius training on their own determination. Anyone.

And I’ll let you in on a little secret. It’s not even that difficult.

Remember, these genius characteristics are inherent. You already have them. Some of you already exhibit some of these characteristics without any training at all. Different people manifest different characteristics naturally.

Unfortunately, people get the idea that because they have trouble applying or utilizing some of these characteristics that they don’t have those traits. That idea gets shattered to pieces when they do their genius training.

For most people, there are just three steps to genius.

The first step is getting the person to be aware of their own inherent genius characteristic. After that we get them to thoroughly understand the characteristic itself, so they really know and are certain about what it is. Then the only thing left to do is to have them practice it over and over again.

After a little while, they realize that they have had the genius trait all of their lives but somewhere along the way something happened (usually another person) that caused them to stop using it. At which point, the trait “disappeared.”

It’s wonderful to read the success stories of these people. Each one of them thanks us for providing their genius training. They love it. They want to share it with their family and friends because they liked it so much.

It’s just like Bob Duggan said in one of his videos on the course, when he was CEO of Pharmacyclics and provided the genius training for all of his staff, he says, “They swept it up just like it was free cookies without calories.”

So, what are you waiting for?

Use your own inherent genius traits of Willingness to Take Chances (Overcome your fear of failure.), Enterprise (Never be afraid to try the unknown.), and Dynamic Energy (Don’t sit on your butt waiting for something good to happen. Be determined to make it happen.), because you have to act like a genius to become a genius.

Does anyone want some cookies? C’mon. Gobble ’em up. Be a genius.
